 It’s a wellknown in the present that UAE is trying to develop its city to be the center ofthe great sky scraper architecture outpaced the other famous metropolis in theworld. Although, it’s well known that the countries in MiddleEast are wealthy and influence with the world’s economy (under thecircumstance of increasing oil price). But in the art and culture, UAE was a center of the ancient civilizationsuch as Persia andMesopotamia seem to be a history that we can read in the book only and  don’t have any role influenced with thecivilization in the modern age of the world equaled to the other metropolissuch as Paris, New Yorkand London. Atemptation of public sector is trying to upgrade the big cities in UAE to beequal to the other metropolis in the West that have shown their sky scrapers tothe world since last two years.  From theproject building Abu Dhabito be the new art center of the world. In addition, the government of AbuDhabi had been mobilized the famous architects of theworld to help them designed the museums that will be finish to be newfangledand become a new landmark of the world that must attract the travelers come tovisit them.

The skyscrapers aren’t the excite events in this century anymore and they’re only acommon things at the centers of the world’s economy.  But Dubaiwant to outclass other countries so they have announced the project to buildthe first building in the world that can rotate and change its figure. Thisbuilding had designed by American-Italian architect David Fisher, total heightis 59 floors or about 250meters.  In eachfloor can rotate free from each others 360 degree so it makes this buildingnamed “Rotating Building”.  It’s can change the figures into the newunlimited figures and it’ll be the first building in the world that can movearound free.  In fact, this idea had donein Brazilbefore but the building height only 11 floors and can’t definitely change thefigure like Fisher’s works.  Anyway,Fisher’s works can make its own energy to use in this building and don’t wantany energy from the outside.  So Fisher’sidea has received praises from Environment Preservation group so. But Fisher’srotating building didn’t receive praises only because many architects had saidthat the new architectures in UAE since few years ago were punctuate on strangefor the travelers’ attention.  And theyhad ignored the balance of the building. But, for Carol Wilson, sky scrapermuseum founder in New York,there didn’t need to test the architects’ talents and didn’t temper to show theprecursors’ wealth.  But it’s anevolution of new town plan improvement that had plan excellently.

                Wecan see that the architecture design in Dubaidon’t stress on strange only but it is town planning for the future so.  Anyway it is a tourism support too.  Because we don’t know that when does the oilin Dubai willbe off in the future.  In the near futureDubai must be atravel place that the traveler around the world must be visit absolutely.  In the next two years, we’ll see Fisher’srotating building.  It’ll be a charmingfor Dubai orit’ll be an atrocious building that stress on strange than charming.  We must wait for it.  But, after all it’ll charming or atrocious.  This rotating building will be the new iconof architecture in this century.  But in Bangkok, we may bewaiting about 50 years.  We’ll find thisbuilding in Thailand!!!
